The aim of the Integrated Finance and eCommerce System (IFES) is to streamline legacy systems and provide a platform for unifying customer transactions for online services.
The IFES will comprise of three distinctive and integrated components:
Back Office Automation & Reporting (BOAR) - addressing improvements to manual invoicing and statement generation. Finance and operational staff manually calculate electronically link to SAP accounts. It will also deliver management and checking from BOAR services when implemented.
Upgrade Point of Sale (POS) - use latest POS functionality to integrate into the SAP system to replace current stand-alone POS system.
SIX eCommerce Portal - an enterprise shopping cart, checkout and payment module. This new service will replace various legacy and manual credit card processing systems. It will establish a library of e-commerce components that will be shared by various business systems and projects. It will integrate with LPI Online as well as SIX Portal [Property Information Inquiry System, e-Plan, Imagery, Mapping, and Online Services IMOS)].
