NSW Public Works are seeking Expressions of Interest (EOIs) to establish a panel of suitably Prequalified Contractor under Scheme SCM1461 for a Managing Contractor, that has experience in providing large scale services across large programs of work, that wish to be considered for selection for work within the NSW Northern Rivers (Far North Coast Region) to deliver house raising and resilient retrofits.

The EOI opportunity is for The Northern Rivers Reconstruction Corporation.

Electronic Tender Box Security
During the lodgement process all submitted responses received successfully are encrypted by the system for security and stored securely in the web site “electronic tender box”. All responses that are received can only be accessed, un-encrypted and opened after the RFT has officially closed. This is done though a controlled Tender Opening process managed by the Agency’s Tender Opening Committee.

Tender Response confirmation & receipt
A detailed system generated electronic receipt is issued for all responses received successfully.

1. Applicants must submit their responses completing the EOI Request Response document accompanying this EOI. Applicants are requested to complete and return an electronic copy of the following Returnable Schedules in the format specified in the contract documentation provided. 
2. Procurement (Enforceable Procurement Provisions) Direction 2019 applies to this procurement.
3. Responses will only be considered from firms prequalified on the SCM1461 Procurement List (General Construction >$9M) with a financial threshold >$50M.
