Penrith City Council is calling for responses from suitably experienced and qualified Contractors to perform decking replacement at Jordan Springs Village Lake.
Jordan Springs lake is a popular destination that offers playgrounds, dog parks and BBQ facilities to the community.
The 4 iconic decks over the lake were built approx. 9 years ago.
Inspection results have shown that the decking boards have failed due to severe weather. The timber battens are rotting, and the decks contain many loose boards. This project is to improve the structural integrity and replace the decking materials. The works will include to supply and install all of the required materials, and the works will be awarded under a lump sum fixed price contract.
The area of the works is located in a public area and tenderers are encouraged to attend Jordan Springs Lake Village to assess the works required.

Requests for further information will close on Thrsday 9 March 2023 at 11.00am, after this date and time Council will not respond to any new RFIs requested.
