The Innovation, Strategy and Integration (ISI) team within the Housing and Property Group of the Department of Planning, Industry and Environment, is investigating a number of initiatives that will improve the evidence base and analytics to support Government to make best use of its land and property assets, balance financial and non-financial objectives and maximise community benefit.
One of these initiatives is the development of a Standardised Land Use Evaluation Tool (SLUET).
