Tender Details

A engagement is proposed to supply a range of licences to support ongoing utilisation of the ServiceNow platform by the Mining Exploration and Geoscience division of Department of Regional NSW. The ServiceNow platform and a range of custom applications are used in the division to support critical work with 24/7 demand.

A "software as a service" basis is proposed with a blend of existing licences and some new products sought.

The engagement is expected to commence with an initial term of three (3) years, with options to extend the relationship for two additional twelve month periods. The initial term is proposed to commence on 30 October 2022 and conclude on 29 October 2025.
