Tender Details

Debt recovery services to resolve large employers with overdue workers compensation premiums and those employers who have significantly overdue premiums which have not been resolved by icare current collection partner Revenue NSW.

Court enforcement is required to recover these premiums or in some cases remove these employers from the scheme via wind up and bankruptcy proceedings. This an essential component of icare’s debt recovery model and requires service providers with legal expertise.

icare considers Debt Recovery Services as a significant and strategic arrangement for the performance of Workers Compensation Nominal Insurer.
