Tender for French Ave Drainage Upgrade - T37-23

Council is seeking tenders from suitably qualified and experienced Tenderers that are on the Sydney Water Accredited Constructors that are currently listed for major works, with W2, W3 and S2 capabilities for works specified as per provided drawings and Job Specific Letters (Annexures) in CBC01264 French Ave Drainage Upgrade 

Contract Works are to be undertaken in accordance with any applicable Australian standards, codes and specifications.

Tenderers are required to be suitably qualified as per the conditions outlined in the Sydney Water Job Specific Letters and must supply evidence of current compliance to required accreditations.

Tenderers are to refer to the drawings included in the Works Brief, and drawings which are separately attached to this document.

A full description of the nature and extent of the services required by Council are set out in Section 3 of this Request.

Open Tenders - An invitation to tender by public advertisement with no restriction placed on who may tender. Tenderers will normally be required to demonstrate in their tender that they have the necessary skills, resources, experience, financial capacity, and in some cases licences, accreditations, etc., to fulfil the tender requirements.

A Non-Compulsory briefing will be held at 10:00am, Friday the 2nd of December 2022 at French Ave at Jacobs St, Bankstown, NSW 2200
