SCG & SFS Supply of Uniforms - VNSW2021210-EOI

Venues NSW exists to provide the world-class stage for athletes and performers of the day, as well as the ultimate experience for the people of Sydney, Newcastle, Wollongong, NSW and beyond.

VNSW invites Expressions of Interests from suitably qualified and capable suppliers for the supply and delivery of uniforms to complement the premium aesthetic of the Sydney Cricket Ground (SCG) and the soon to be completed Sydney Football Stadium (SFS).

Uniforms are the front and centre of customer service delivery. The visual impacts and aesthetic impressions of uniforms is the first interaction patrons have with VNSW, and therefore is critical in creating the first impressions of the Moore Park precinct Stadium brands: the Sydney Cricket Ground (SCG) and Sydney Football Stadium (SFS).

The procurement of the provisions of supply of uniforms will be conducted under a two stage process:

• Stage 1 - the Expression of Interest stage (EOI or EOI stage)

• Stage 2 - the Selective Request for Tender stage (SRFT)

The Stage 1 EOI will assist VNSW to identify suitably qualified organisations, who have or likely to have the capability to deliver the requirements and the capabilities for the supply and demand of the Goods and Services.

Only shortlisted suppliers will be invited/selected to participate in Stage 2. Please note that during Stage 2, VNSW will share the actual design of the uniforms to the shortlisted suppliers.

Expression of Interest For Pre-Qualification - An invitation for Expression of Interest (EOI) for pre-registration of prospective tenderers for a type of work or service. Applicants are initially evaluated against published selection criteria. RFT may then be invited from a panel of providers (as Selective, or Invited).
