Tender Details

This document invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) for the provision of a Digital Construction Management Toolkit for Local Councils to manage construction projects. The solution is to be a: simple, cloud-based, ‘off the shelf’ solution.

The intention of the software is to digitise a current ‘opt-in’ suite (toolkit) of documents to provide users with a systems guided journey, project reporting and document automation throughout the life of a project. This ‘opt-in’ solution is for the Department of Regional New South Wales with oversight by NSW Public Works.

The aim of this EOI is for Public Works to get a better picture of what software solutions are available and the various support, cost, and delivery models on offer to best meet the needs of both Local Councils and NSW Public Works.

Expression of Interest For Pre-Qualification - An invitation for Expression of Interest (EOI) for pre-registration of prospective tenderers for a type of work or service. Applicants are initially evaluated against published selection criteria. RFT may then be invited from a panel of providers (as Selective, or Invited).
