This RFT is for the procurement of the services of a software coder/programmer organisation to develop an enterprise program management (EPM) system that facilitates Create Infrastructure’s (CI) capital program management processes. The system will align with CI’s business strategies to ensure that the agency’s project management processes are consistent, documented, compliant with statutory requirements and NSW Government policies, and contribute to meeting agency and project objectives (including continual improvement).

Mandatory Briefing
All tenderers will need to confirm attendance of the mandatory briefing by 21/05/2021 with the contact officer, sign and submit the confidentiality deed poll (to the contact officer) and attend the mandatory briefing on 25/05/2021.
