Transaction Management Services – Sydney Metro Western Sydney Airport - SM 2020/008

Sydney Metro is seeking Service Provider(s) to undertake project Transaction Management Services to support delivery of the Sydney Metro Western Sydney Airport project.

Sydney Metro is seeking experienced Service Provider(s) with relevant expertise in the procurement of a range of contracts on rail infrastructure mega-projects of a similar nature to this project to deliver Transaction Management Services and PPP Financial Advisory Services in regards to the delivery of the Sydney Metro Western Sydney Airport project. 

The Service Provider(s) will work with Sydney Metro in the planning and procurement of the major contracts for this project. 

The Service Provider(s) must have relevant expertise in the procurement of complex infrastructure mega-projects of a similar nature to Sydney Metro and across a range of contracts including Design & Construct (D&C), Construct only and Public Private Partnership (PPP).

• PPP package 

• PPP Financial Advisory Services
