Darlinghurst Public School Slate Roof Replacement Works - SR3488519587

 

HSW needs to procure a slate roof works trade package which includes the following:

 

• Scaffolding works for central and east wing buildings only (west wing building scaffolding will be retained)

• Removal of the existing concrete tiling

• Supply and install of Welsh Slate roof to all three (3) buildings

• All other works associated with slate roof replacement works including permits, sarking, battens, flashings, disposal, etc.

• Install/reinstate a decorative ridge capping in cast aluminum to all ridges
