Digital Capability Uplift

The Department of Regional NSW (DRNSW) Digital Capability Uplift Scale project has been approved for funding by the NSW Government Digital Restart Fund (DRF). The project is part of a broader program to uplift the digital capability of the Regional NSW workforce.

This Scale project is critical to keeping momentum from the pilots conducted in the Seed project, expanding engagement across the organisation and developing further building blocks for impact at scale. Objectives include (but not limited to):

* Uplift DRNSW staff by expanding digital literacy foundations and commencing rollout of higher digital skills.

* Design, develop and launch up to three new learning journey programs

* Develop more advanced diagnostic, benchmarking and reporting capabilities to support mass scaling of the program in subsequent years

Rollout across Regional NSW agencies will be based on a combination of prioritised strategic programs, digital skills, roles, learner archetypes and delivery model from the Seed project.

The supplier will provide professional services in the form of resources and expertise in learning and development, service design and digital delivery. The DRF requires project delivery through user-centred and agile approaches to ensure a solution that is fit for purpose.
