Water Sensitive Urban Design (WSUD) Audit - Q357-20

Council is seeking quotations from suitably qualified and experienced Respondents for Water Sensitive Urban Design (WSUD) Device functional audit and WSUD Maintenance and Rectification Plan proposal for upgrades, to ensure constructed WSUD devices within the Canterbury Bankstown local government area (LGA) are functioning, operational and fit for purpose. Based on an audit of the WSUD devices, the Respondent is then to provide recommendations on actions required to restore optimal function and performance of each WSUD device, or recommend for decommission of non-operational WSUD including options, prioritisation and cost estimates for works. 

A full description of the nature and extent of the services required by Council are set out in Section 3 - Description of Services of this Request.   

The project map attached is an overview of the WSUD sites in CBCity. A more detailed map will be provided to the successful respondent.
