Additional Details / Instructions
- Before deciding to participate in this Request for Tender (RFT) and submit a tender, prospective tenderers shall thoroughly review the MW21 Conditions of Tendering in the attached RFT documents (folder 1), including Section 2 – Tenderer Eligibility, Clause 4.3 – Aboriginal Participation and Clause 8.1 – Evaluation of Tenders.
- Dates for the three on-site mandatory Pre-tender Meetings: 1. Sydney Secondary College Balmain Campus: 3.00pm to 4.30pm Wednesday 02/09/2020; 2. Australia Street Infants School: 3.30pm to 5.00pm Thursday 03/09/2020; 3. Maroubra Bay Public School: 7.30am to 9:00am Friday 04/09/2020.
- As stated in the RFT’s Conditions of Tendering, Clause 5.3 – Pre-tender Meeting: attendance by tenderers at all three Pre-tender Meetings is mandatory. Tenders submitted by tenderers who fail to attend all three schools will be passed over.
- Tenderers must advise the Contact Person via email of their planned attendance at the on-site mandatory Pre-Tender Meetings for all three schools by 1:00 PM on Monday, 31 August 2020. The Contact Person’s details are provided in the RFT’s Conditions of Tendering, Clause 1.1. Tenderers who fail to preregister, before attending all three mandatory Pre-tender Meetings, may be passed over.
- Due to the current COVID-19 pandemic, only one person representing the tenderer should attend each of the three mandatory Pre-tender Meetings. No more than two different people are allowed to represent the tenderer.
