- The Tenderer has prepared a Final Business Case including commercial and financial aspects for transport infrastructure projects with a minimum project value of >$1 billion, for any Australian State or Federal entity within the last 5 years.
- Evidence that the key nominated personnel has experience in management of a Final Business Case including commercial and financial aspects for transport infrastructure projects with a minimum project value of >$1 billion, for any Australian State or Federal entity within the last 5 years.
