Support Services for Final Business Case (FBC) for the Great Western Highway Upgrade Program (GWHUP) - IPD-21-9374

The scope of this procurement relates to providing support services to TfNSW for the development of a compelling Program Final Business Case for the Great Western Highway Upgrade Program, including an economic appraisal, which meets TfNSW and IA requirements and is supported by robust evidence and analysis.

Minimum Requirements:

1. The Tenderer has prepared a Final Business Case including commercial and financial aspects for transport infrastructure projects with a minimum project value of >$1 billion, for any Australian State or Federal entity within the last 5 years.
2. Evidence that the key nominated personnel has experience in management of a Final Business Case including commercial and financial aspects for transport infrastructure projects with a minimum project value of >$1 billion,  for any Australian State or Federal entity within the last 5 years.

No
