Tender Details

NSWPF is seeking expressions of interest for the provision of 3 electronic fingerprint capture solutions along with associated device and software installation / rollout, and ongoing support and maintenance where applicable. NSWPF welcomes responses to any of the 3 scopes outlined i.e. respondents do not have to have a proposal for all 3 scopes to be eligible and welcomes responses that fulfil 1 or 2 of the scopes.

Expression of Interest For Pre-Qualification - An invitation for Expression of Interest (EOI) for pre-registration of prospective tenderers for a type of work or service. Applicants are initially evaluated against published selection criteria. RFT may then be invited from a panel of providers (as Selective, or Invited).

Note that respondents are required to sign NSWPF's Confidentiality Deed Poll (without ammendments) as a pre-requisite to receiving the full EOI documents. Please sign (attached as the RFP Preview Document) and send to Procurement@police.nsw.gov.au and cc in ip2man@police.nsw.gov.au .

Conditions for Participation

Signed Confidentiality Deed Poll (no markups) from each supplier is mandatory to reeive the detailed EOI documents and to participate in the activity.
