Project remediate - Finance Roles - RFT-10040741

The proposed timeframe for the Project currently contemplates appointment of a Loan Originator and Servicer in the second quarter of 2021 with loans being written prior to commencement of the first rectification works in late 2021 or early 2022 and funding by Capital Provider(s) to commence one month after commencement of rectification works.  Repayments for individual loans are expected to occur over a period of approximately 10 years.  On the basis that loans will be written over a period of (approximately) two years, capital provision is expected to span a period of approximately 12 years.
