The Office of Energy and Climate Change (OECC) is seeking to appoint a fund manager (Fund Manager) to establish and manage the $40m+ NSW Climate Technology Venture Capital Fund (CTVCF or the Fund). The CTVCF is a Venture Capital (VC) fund initiative that will invest in NSW-based, early-stage Climate Deep Tech start-ups with a hardware component to grow into high-performing businesses that play a pivotal role in directly decarbonising the economy through delivering or enabling emissions reductions or removals (i.e., Climate Deep Tech).

Prospective tenderers are initially evaluated for their proposal against the relevant selection criteria. A number of those who best meet the criteria are invited to tender. For complex or some other types of procurement, where the product or service outcomes are highly dependent on the content of the proposals received from Tenderers, the outcome may be negotiated.
