Design, build, implement, maintain (including licensing and application support) a Next Generation Trip Planning engine for TfNSW - WS3571687459

Transport for NSW (TfNSW) invites innovative and suitably experienced organisations to participate in the Expression of Interest process to design, build, implement and maintain a multi-modal journey planning engine. The Next Generation Trip Planning Engine will be used by our customers to plan, book and pay for their end-to-end transport services.  

Today our customers expect a single and seamless end-to-end experience when planning their trips across public transport and with third-party transport providers.  

At TfNSW we see that MaaS technology delivers real benefits for our customers and is pivotal to realising our strategy and enhancing our ‘Mobility As a Service’ ecosystem where we deliver multimodal transport options that are easy for our customers to use.  

The organisation we partner with to design, build and maintain the Next Generation Trip Planning engine will have a demonstrated ability to provide a multi-modal journey planning engine (cloud-based solution).  

They will be innovative and skillful in using MaaS technology to design tailored solutions with the customer in mind and to deliver exceptional digital customer services. 

Importantly, the Next Generation Trip Planning engine must be able to integrate with other TfNSW digital channels.

Note: Participants are requested to submit their expression of interest via Ariba Portal.  

Without any obligation to do so, where the integrity of the tender process is not compromised, TfNSW may determine (at its discretion) that it is appropriate to consider a late tender submission.
