icare's Lifetime Shemes are comprised of Lifetime Care, the Workers Care Program, and Dust Diseases Care. These schemes provide injury-related treatment, rehabilitation and care to participants with severe injuries and dust diseases.
This Request For Proposal (RFP) will seek to appoint one or more providers with the expertise to support participants with interpretation and translation services. Acess to timely and high-qulity interpreting and translation will assist the Lifetime Schemes with meaningful two-way communication with participants in their preferred language
