Tender Details

Legal Aid NSW has committed to, implementing a new case and client management system (CCMS) for the Women’s Domestic Violence Court Advocacy Services (WDVCASs).

The scope of this RFT invites a supplier or consortium who can provide the skills and expertise to design, configure, test, deploy, and provide ongoing maintenance and support for a fit-for-purpose WDVCAS CCMS that is integrated with the Department of Community and Justice (DCJ) Central Referral Point (CRP) system.

The WDVCAS CCMS will be used by all existing 27 WDVCASs, Family Advocacy and Support (FASS) Social Support Services and the WDVCAP Unit.

Legal Aid NSW administers NSW Government funding provides mentoring and training for 27 Women’s Domestic Violence Court Advocacy Services (WDVCASs) across the state. WDVCASs are locally based, incorporated, not-for-profit, non-government services that provide information, advocacy, safety planning and referrals to assist women experiencing domestic and family violence (DFV) with their legal, social and welfare needs. WDVCASs also assist women to obtain effective legal protection through applications for Apprehended Domestic Violence Orders (ADVOs) at all local court locations across NSW.
