Building Services Provider Panel for Freight Noise Attenuation Program - TfNSW_FNAP_BSP_2021

This RFP relates to the procurement of a building services prover panel to deliver acoustic architectural treatments to dwellings, under the TfNSW Freight Noise Attenuation Program (FNAP).

FNAP is a program being implemented by TfNSW to reduce the noise impacts of rail freight, by providing Eligible Occupancies with architectural noise reducing treatments.

The Building Services Provider will have all the relevant experience and resources to interact with Registered Proprietors, scope dwellings, develop treatment scopes, order agreed materials for works, undertake building treatments and manage tracking, reporting and delivery of their work packages. The Building Services Provider will guarantee their
workmanship for 7 years following Certificate of Practical Completion.

Open Tenders - An invitation to tender by public advertisement with no restriction placed on who may tender.
