A mandatory pre-tender site meeting will be held at Ebor Falls, Upper Falls Carpark at 10:00AM on 07 April 2022. Attendance at the meeting is compulsory. Tenders received from contractors not in attendance at the site meeting will not be considered for acceptance.

Electronic Tender Box Security
During the lodgement process all submitted responses received successfully are encrypted by the system for security and stored securely in the web site “electronic tender box”. All responses that are received can only be accessed, un-encrypted and opened after the RFT has officially closed. This is done though a controlled Tender Opening process managed by the Agency’s Tender Opening Committee.

Two Envelope Tender Submission Requirement
This is a two-envelope tender. Tenderers are to lodge two separate files in response to the tender request. The first file (Envelope 1) must contain all data relating to the Non-Price criteria including Tender Schedules for Envelope 1. The second file (Envelope 2) is to contain all the Price data including Tender Schedules for Envelope 2. Both files may be submitted as a single response by containing them in a single Zip file.
