The DEIT is seeking to engage a provider to deliver program design and delivery of a volunteer program for international students aligned with Study NSW priorities. The volunteer program has a number of elements including an International Student Airport Welcome Desk at both Sydney and Newcastle Airports, a local government council program, and Study NSW events.
The scope must include project management, stakeholder management, volunteer roster management, and coordination of opportunities for financial stakeholders, from appointment through completion.
Applications must provide a quote for the following:
• Recruitment and management of student volunteers, including roster coordination
• Delivery of volunteer onboarding and training, including coordination of existing volunteer customer service training delivered by TAFE NSW
• Delivery of volunteer recognition ceremony in partnership with Study NSW
• Management of stakeholders in the program, particularly education providers and partners, local government councils, and other agencies

Additional Details / Instructions
We will give preference to proposals that demonstrate uniqueness of offerings (distinct from education providers and other education agencies). Preference will be given to an organisation who has NSW presence or capacity to deliver the program from a NSW location.

Estimated Timeframe for Delivery
We are looking for an agency to partner to deliver this project for three years commencing with delivery commencing 1 July 2023. Program delivery is expected to conclude on 30 June 2026.
