O'Neill Park Toilet Upgrade - T27-23

Council is seeking tenders from suitably qualified and experienced Tenderers for T27-23 O’Neill Park Toilet Upgrade. 

A full description of the nature and extent of the services required by Council are set out in Section 3 of this Request. Regarding the project scope, the project includes:

Separate Proportion 1 (SP1)

• Male and Female Toilet Refurbishment

Separate Proportion 2 (SP2)

• New Unisex Accessible Toilet

• Landscaping with new external slab, foot paths, retaining wall and turfing.

The proposed commencement date is 16 January 2023. The time frame for the project delivery and handover will be 14 weeks in total including all long lead time items.

However, please note that SP1 - refurbishment works for current female and male toilet to be completed and certified for public usage by 10 March 2023.

Open Tenders - An invitation to tender by public advertisement with no restriction placed on who may tender. Council will be holding a Compulsory Site Briefing at 10:30AM on 8^th November 2022

Location: Carpark in O’Neill Park, Nobbs Rd, Yagoona NSW 2199.

The car park is opposite 18 Nobbs Rd.
