Tender Details

As part of the Communities Plus program, New South Wales Land and Housing Corporation is calling for Expressions of Interest from registered Community Housing Providers for the renewal of the Tolland social housing estate in Wagga Wagga. LAHC is working with the Aboriginal Housing Office on this exciting initiative.

LAHC is seeking Responses from the community housing sector to demonstrate a vision for the renewal of the Estate that optimises urban and social outcomes, together with an indicative and innovative funding model, supported by demonstrated capability and capacity to deliver.

Applicants are initially evaluated against published selection criteria, and those who best meet the required criteria are invited to Tender (as tender type Pre-Qualified/Invited).

How to request access to the EOI documents

LAHC will be utilising a data room for the ongoing management of the EOI documentation for this Expression of Interest.

To be able to access the documents through the data room LAHC requires your organisation to complete the following: 

• a Confidentiality Agreement (file: Communities Plus: Confidentiality deed poll attached); and

• information on individuals requiring access to the data room (file: Requested Authorised Persons List attached).

Please complete the attached documents and return to CommunitiesPlusTenders@facs.nsw.gov.au by email for access to the EOI documents through the data room.

1. This is a covered construction procurement as mandated by the Enforceable Provisions Procurement Direction under the Public Works and Procurement Act 1912, and

2. These provisions came into effect in New South Wales on 29 November 2019.

It is the responsibility of Respondents to ensure that sufficient time is allowed for the lodgement of responses, as electronic receipt of lodgement is not issued until all the documents are fully uploaded.

It is recommended that you attempt to lodge your response at least 24 hours prior to closing time so that if you experience difficulties the contact officer nominated may be able to assist in resolving any problems.

You can attach up to 5 individual files on each lodgement. There is no restriction on the number of times you lodge a response in order to submit all of your files but you should identify each files (e.g. file_1_of 6, file_2_of 6 etc)

Accepted File Formats: Word (.doc), Excel (.xls), Adobe Acrobat (.pdf) and JPEG (.jpg)

Conditions for Participation

Registered Tier 1 and Tier 2 Community Housing Providers (CHPs), or consortia led by a Tier 1 or Tier 2 CHP, are eligible to submit a Response to this EOI. A consortium led by a Tier 2 CHP must include a Tier 1 CHP,. For the avoidance of doubt, a consortium may include non-CHP members such as developers or investors.
