Local Land Services trading as NSW Soil Conservation Service is seeking to engage a contractor to investigate, design, engineer, supply, install and certify structural continuous fibreglass liners cured with ultraviolet light that support all loads independently of the host pipe. All liners will be certified with a minimum 50-year design life and warranty of materials and workmanship including flood and earthquake coverage within each of the following flood pipe assets:
• FP 4.020-A-E; • FP 8.090?A-B; and • FP 9.010-T1-T2-W.
The refurbishment works will require the contractor to:
• Review all asset literature, information and CCTV footage supplied by SCS;
• Completion of all site documentation and furnish SCS with SWMS and site dilapidation report for review prior to commencing any site work;
• Furnish SCS with pre-works CCTV footage and asset condition report;
• Furnish SCS with a liner design investigation, engineering and certification report for review prior to the liner being ordered;
• Establish to/from site, supply and install the liner within the host pipes at each site;
• Furnish SCS with post works CCTV footage and asset condition report; and
• Complete all works by 1st June 2021.
