Sydney Metro is seeking Virtual Data Room Services that can deliver a complete end to end solution that caters to the organisation's growth, effectively improves performance and supports the achievement of its objectives.

In order to gain access to the Request For Proposal (‘RFP’) documents, Tenderers are required to register their and/or their organisation’s interest by sending an email to:

Note: Unless you follow this instruction, you will not gain access to the RFP documents.

Please lodge your response electronically via TfNSW's Transport ERP supplier portal https://supplierportal.erp.transport.nsw.gov.au once you have your login information.

All of the following mandatory conditions must be met before registering for this RFP:

1. Must be registered as an Advanced Supplier in the relevant subcategory on the ICT Services Scheme (SCM0020) before any contract is entered into

2. Must be able to demonstrate alignment to the NSW Cyber Security Policy (https://www.digital.nsw.gov.au/policy/cyber-security-policy), with reference to the application and hosting environment where applicable

3. Provide mandatory system requirements as follows:

·       Onshore data storage in Australia

 ·       Digital Rights Management (DRM) capability (i.e. software applied at the server level to facilitate watermarking, document time stamps, and document expiry)

·       Ability to control access rights for internal and external users;

·       Audit trail and logs

·       Regional support desk, noting Sydney Metro IT Support prefer a       local support desk located in Sydney

Estimated commencement of Service is 1 October 2020.
