Design & Construction of Sportsfield Lighting at Various Parks - T21-21

Council is seeking tenders from suitably qualified and experienced Tenderers for the provision of the design and construction of field lighting upgrades including supply, delivery, installation, aim, testing and the commissioning of field lighting at Croydon Park, Brighton Avenue, Croydon Park, Picken Oval, Brighton Avenue, Croydon Park, Campbell Oval, Princess Street, Canterbury, John Mountford Reserve at Welfare Avenue North, Narwee and Rudd Park, Varidel Avenue, Belfield.

NSW Regions: Far North Coast, Mid North Coast, New England, Central Coast, Hunter, Cumberland/Prospect, Nepean, Northern Sydney, Inner West, South East Sydney, South West Sydney, Central West, Orana/Far West, Riverina/Murray, Illawarra, Southern Highlands

Open Tenders - An invitation to tender by public advertisement with no restriction placed on who may tender. Tenderers will normally be required to demonstrate in their tender that they have the necessary skills, resources, experience, financial capacity, and in some cases licences, accreditations, etc., to fulfil the tender requirements.

A mandatory site briefing will be held 10.00 am on Tuesday 11^th August 2020.

The site briefing will commence from Picken Oval, Brighton Avenue, Croydon Park (UBD Map 254 M9) and be moved along to the other locations. 

Council will not consider a Tender lodged by a Tenderer who fails to sign the attendance sheet at this briefing, or fails to ensure that a representative of the Tenderer signs the attendance sheet on its behalf.

Note: Tenderers attending site briefing are reminded to comply with COVID-19 guidelines.
