Design and Construction of Rudd Park, Marco Reserve and Beaman Reserve Irrigation Improvement - T11-21

Council is seeking tenders from suitably qualified and experienced Tenderers for the provision of the design and construction including supply and delivery of the irrigation on the playing fields at Rudd Park, Varidel Avenue, Belfield. The supply and installation including of two new concrete tanks, irrigation and drainage systems as per design at Beaman Reserve, Vera Avenue Earlwood and Marco Reserve, Marco Avenue, Panania.

A full description of the nature and extent of the services required by Council are set out in Section 3 of this Request.

Open Tenders - An invitation to tender by public advertisement with no restriction placed on who may tender. Tenderers will normally be required to demonstrate in their tender that they have the necessary skills, resources, experience, financial capacity, and in some cases licences, accreditations, etc., to fulfil the tender requirements.

 A mandatory site briefing will be held 10:00 am on 12^th August 2020. 

The site briefing will commence from Beaman Reserve, Vera Avenue Earlwood (UBD Map 254 J15) and be moved along to the other locations. 

Council will not consider a Tender lodged by a Tenderer who fails to sign the attendance sheet at this briefing, or fails to ensure that a representative of the Tenderer signs the attendance sheet on its behalf.
