Tender Details

The Soil Conservation Service's Hunter region business activities require various dry hired plant and equipment to undertake contracted fee for service project works involving creek restoration, fire trail maintenance, conservation earthworks, access tracks and coastal erosion control. 

The Principal has established a panel for the provision of dry hired plant and equipment services within the Hunter and Central Coast region (Panel). This request for Expressions of Interest 19-558-1 seeks contractors to submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) for the supply of the goods and services further outlined within the Statement of Requirements. 

SCS has established a two-year panel for the provision of dry hired plant and equipment services within the Hunter and Central Coast region from 1 October 2019 to 30 September 2021, with an allowance for two 1-year extensions.

Adding Panel members

The principal will consider EOI’s from contractors on an annual basis.

New Contractors will be invited to provide EOI’s to become a panel member on each anniversary of the commencement of the Panel Deeds.
