The Royal Botanic Gardens and Domain Trust is conducting a public tender process to select and engage qualified and experienced food and beverage operators for the grant of one or more Leases to operate and manage the existing Licensed Restaurant/Cafe (known as Tomah Gardens Restaurant) and/or Kiosk, at the Blue Mountains Botanic Garden Mount Tomah.
Tenderers may submit a Tender for:
- The Licensed Cafe/Restaurant only; or
- The Kiosk only; or
- The Licensed Cafe/Restaurant AND Kiosk
The Blue Mountains Botanic Garden Mount Tomah, open to the public every day except Christmas Day, is located just 90 minutes’ drive from the Sydney CBD. The Garden is Australia’s best-loved cool climate garden with stunning and dramatic views across the Greater Blue Mountains World Heritage Area. It has become known for its seasonal colours, tours, events, workshops and floral displays, including the famous Daffodil and Waratah Festivals.
Both the Licensed Restaurant/Café and/or Kiosk are fitted out as going concerns at present. New operators will benefit from a shortened lead time to walk-in, occupy and commence operations to an existing annual visitation of 200,000 and growing.
