There is a mandatory  pre-tender meeting to be held in Bodalla on 19th October, meeting at the Bowling Club carpark at 10.30am.  A briefing will be held followed by a bus tour of the village and some properties.  Seats are limited on the bus, please RSVP to the contact person to secure your seat.  Subject to numbers, it may not be possible to have two representatives from a tendering firm present for the bus tour.
