Tender Details

Property NSW, Valuation Services is seeking to establish a panel of suitable service providers to deliver land value objection reviews and determinations under the requirements of the Valuation of Land Act 1916. Only Service Providers prequalified to carry out objection review services in the Land and Asset Valuation Scheme are invited to apply. The Scheme Rules, Standard Form of Agreement – Terms and Conditions and Land Value Advisory and Objection Review Services Standard Specification apply. Objection reviews will require either a desktop review report or a full review report. Each local government area (LGA) is divided into zone groupings. Service Providers shall indicate the LGA and zone grouping in which they would like to carry out services by providing a maximun fee per zone grouping.

Applicants are initially evaluated against published selection criteria. RFT may then be invited from a panel of providers (as Selective, or Invited).
