Tender Details

Council is seeking tenders from suitably qualified and experienced Tenderers for T32-23 Bennett Park Amenities Upgrade.

The scope of works includes but is not limited to:

1.Refurbishment of toilets and change rooms including but not limited to paintwork, amenities upgrade including specified fit outs and installation of cubicles.

2.Design, extend, refurbish and upgrade the existing Unisex Accessible Toilet to include a shower and comply with the current version of AS1428.1.

3.Supply and installation of all internal and external lights and all related work as specified on the plan

4.Demolition of a brick walls in Existing Unisex WC and Existing Male Changeroom.

5.Construction of new brick walls, waterproofing, installation of tiles and render accordingly.

6.Make good of holes and repaint existing door, door frames, floors and walls.
