Transport for NSW (TfNSW) invites entities with relevant and proven experience to register their interest to participate in the procurement process of the Commercial and Transaction Advisory Services for the Zero Emission Bus Project.
Following this Expression of Interest, entities that TfNSW considers are able to perform the services, have investment capabilities and satisfy the Minimum Requirements detailed in the Expression of Interest document will be shortlisted to receive the Invitation to Tender documents.

Conditions for Participation
Applicants must demonstrate as a minimum:
Minimum Requirement 1 - The Applicant must demonstrate it has undertaken the provision of commercial and contracting advisory services, in preparation for the procurement of a major brownfield transport infrastructure project value greater than $250 million in the past 5 years.
Minimum Requirement 2 - The Applicant must demonstrate it has undertaken the provision of transaction management services, for the procurement of a major transport infrastructure project, with a project value greater than $250 million in the past 5 years.
