Country Regional Network (CRN) Pre-Tender Registration - TfNSW-MS-122019-CRN Tender

TfNSW is calling for pre-tender registrations from experienced, innovative and agile service providers for the operation and maintenance tender of the Country Regional Network (CRN). 

Interested parties are required to complete the CRN tender registration requirements as described in this notice, including confirming compliance with the RFT minimum requirements. 

All registered parties will receive a notification advising them of the release of the CRN RFT. The intention of TfNSW is to release the RFT prior to Christmas 2019. Once the RFT has been released access to the Data Room will be provided only to bona fide service providers that have completed the registration process. 

The Country Regional Network (CRN) Operations & Maintenance Deed (O&M Deed) is due to expire.  TfNSW intends to conduct an open market process for the next O&M Deed. 

The tender documentation will then be available upon release of the RFT through the Data Room, where access will be provided only to bona fide service providers that have completed the registration process.

Open Tenders - An invitation to tender by public advertisement with no restriction placed on who may tender. To register your interest and obtain instructions on how to access the Data Room, complete the attached Deed of Disclosure, Supplier Confidentiality Deed Poll and Proponent Registration Form and return to crntender@transport.nsw.gov.au 

Once completed documentation has been received by TfNSW, details on how to access the Data Room will be sent to registered parties via their email. 

TfNSW will at its sole discretion determine who has access to the Data Room.
