Tender Details

• Council is calling for responses from suitably experienced and qualified Contractors to perform work (Work) within the Penrith Local Government Area in relation to Ched Towns Landscaping Works (Project), as further described in Attachment 3 of this RFT – Scope of Work.

• The purpose of this tender is to design and construct a suitable landscape option to compliment a public amenity building currently under development.

• The Work is awarded on a lump sum fixed price basis in accordance with the tender pricing schedules herein.
