Communications & Control Systems (C&CS) delivers the operational systems for train control, rail communications and condition monitoring systems via the utilisation of supply contracts, turn key contracts or in house resources.
Due to the current and future work load in railway projects, additional C&CS resources are required. TfNSW is tendering for 19 contract positions of various specific competencies to be placed into the RailCorp/Sydney Trains control system team on contract for fixed duration to support the design work for the South West Rail Link, Northern Sydney Freight Corridor, LGCUP, Clearways and a myriad of system upgrades.

Tenderers must submit their response as two (2) separate files only. The first is to consist of the completed “Non-Commercial Schedules” and is to exclude any reference to pricing. The second file is to consist of the completed “Commercial Schedules”.
If you are to submit Zip Files, please ensure that upon extraction your submission is already complied and complete and of the same two (2) separate files only
Multiple separate documents will not be accepted, unless you obtain prior approval from TfNSW.
Conditions for Participation
To participate, Tenderer’s must demonstrate that they satisfy the Minimum Requirements listed in the specific role descriptions.
Only those Tenderers nominated personnel that are assessed as satisfying the Minimum Requirements will be given a comparative evaluation against all evaluation criteria including both non-priced criteria and price.
