Tender Details

The extent of works for this contract includes but is not limited to:

Carryout preventative & reactive maintenance works

The works comprise all work shown on the drawings and included in the specification.

NOTE: A mandatory pre-tender meeting will be held on Tuesday 09 March 2021. Tenderers are to meet at Maitland Railway Station at 10:00 am to board a bus to be taken to the sites for the tender. Please allow 4 hours for the site inspections. Attendance by tenderers for the site inspections is mandatory and tenders will not be considered from those tenderers not in attendance at the meeting.

Electronic Tender Box Security
During the lodgement process all submitted responses received successfully are encrypted by the system for security and stored securely in the web site “electronic tender box”. This is done though a controlled Tender Opening process managed by the Agency’s Tender Opening Committee.

Conditions for Participation

This is a two envelope tender. Tenderers are to lodge two separate files in response to the tender request. The first file (Envelope 1) must contain all data relating to the Non-Price criteria. The second file (Envelope 2) is to contain all the Price data. Both files may be submitted as a single response by containing them in a single Zip file.
