Tender Details

The Parliament is looking to source an end-to-end solution for event management and point of sale (PoS) system capability for the booking/hiring of internal venues and function rooms, within Parliament. The solution must be cloud-based and have the ability to integrate with core business applications primarily: SAP, SmartWay2 and Microsoft Exchange 2016.

Tenderers may provide responses to:

Option 1 - Event Management only,
Option 2 - Point of Sales (PoS) only,
Option 3 - Event Management and PoS systems

RFT Type

Pre-Qualified / Invited - Only those directly invited to tender, may obtain an RFT for the purpose of lodging a tender response. Generally an invitation from a pre-qualified register of approved tenderers who have the ability to undertake the particular work or type of work proposed, a limited number of service providers are known to carry out the work or service (or in emergency or other restricted situations). Tenderers have usually been pre-qualified, accredited, or selected for the type of work and financial range. Competitive bids called from a standing offer (panel / period) contracts would also use this type.

Additional Details / Instructions

Tenderers must be an accepted supplier on the Prequalification Scheme: ICT Services - SCM0020 for their responses to be reviewed and successful.

Delivery location is to be on site at Parliament of NSW, 6 Macquarie Street, Sydney 2000.

Address for Lodgement

All responses must be lodged electronically through NSW eTendering. Hard copies will not be accepted. Late tenders will not be considered, except where the Parliament is satisfied that the integrity and competitiveness of the tendering process has not been compromised. Parliament shall not penalise any supplier whose tender is received late if the delay is due solely to mishandling by Parliament.
