Sydney Water provides freshwater, stormwater and wastewater services to customers located in its area of operations covering Sydney, the Blue Mountains and the Illawarra.
The AWRC project will provide an essential wastewater service for the Western Sydney Aerotropolis and South West Growth Area. It will also be an important project for maintaining water collected within the catchment.
Sydney Water has undertaken extensive industry engagement in the first half of 2021 to help shape the delivery and procurement strategy for the Upper South Creek project.
As part of Sydney Water’s commitment to ongoing industry engagement, we are now seeking to notify and prepare the market for the upcoming release of the Upper South Creek, Advanced Water Recycling Centre (AWRC) Expression of Interest (EOI), in the week commencing Monday 9th August 2021.
