Newcastle Government Office - Cleaning of the building and external courtyard walls, ramp and stair vertical concrete surfaces. - 0800005

The State Property Authority (SPA) own and manage a number of government office buildings throughout NSW including the Newcastle Office.

The building is composed of four floors and a roof top plant area, and is constructed from precast concrete blocks. The general condition of the property is reasonable however the street appeal is poor due to staining of the concrete.

The tender is for a once off cleaning of the entire external of the building including the courtyard, ramp and stairwell areas.
