The base building works are
required:
- to upgrade the egress, amenities, services and
structure of the heritage listed
building to current regulatory
requirements to enable the space
to be fitted out (by others) for
bars and restaurants;
- to significant conservate
external sandstone façade;
- to construct a temporary cooling tower in the
adjoining yard behind
The Works specified in this
package must be completed between Monday 7 January to 27 June
2008.
Technical specifications,
drawings and supporting documentations are contained in CD. Organisations
interest in this ITT shall request, by email, to the contact officer for a copy
of this CD.
