Tender Details

The automated validation of mine survey plan data into an ESRI Enterprise database (SDE).

The objective is to build an automated validation and submission process that integrates with the ServiceNow platform to enable the submission of spatial data themes to the department’s Enterprise geodatabase (SDE).

The Submission of mine survey plans is required as part of the Surveying and Spatial Information Act 2002 and Clause 4 of the Surveying and Spatial Information Regulation 2012. The submission includes

•Mine Survey Plan - Soft Copy (PDF’s)

•Mine Working Digital Themes (ESRI Shapefiles contained in zipped folder)

•Signed Administration Sheet

•Metadata Statement Mine Survey Plan Soft Copies

These documents are currently submitted digitally to the Resource Regulator via the Regulator Portal (utilising the ServiceNow Platform) as a bulk upload.
