Tender Details

This request relates to the vendor providing content for the Cert III Electro technology qualification. This will include:

 - Confirming a proposed package with a series of units and modules that would best suit the rail industry.

-  All training artefacts such as courseware, assessments, marking guides and any other supporting materials.

Mapping and validation documents for all units listed in the table above.

 - Provide a delivery schedule for when the content can be provided to Transport.

Technical requirements for digital solutions (please ignore for face-to-face products)

 - Solution must be SCORM 2004 compliant to operate in SAP and Moodle Learning Management Systems.

 - Solution should comply with WCAG accessibility standards.

 - Source files will need to be handed over to TfNSW for future amendment and maintenance. So a tool that TfNSW can update is important. Preferred tools are Articulate 360 (Storyline or Rise) or Adobe Captivate 9. Lectora and other tools will also be considered.

Transport for NSW Learning & Development is leading an initiative to better support the Rail Industry and create a streamlined pathway to support future trainees and apprentices within a skills shortage industry. This includes expanding the current employment of trainees and apprentices within Sydney Trains.

One stream of the Trainee and Apprentices Program is Cert III Electro technology qualification. Transport are planning to own the IP and contextualize to our specific training requirements to meet trainee and apprentice needs.
