Tender Details

"Support is required to work with MEG’s embedded ServiceNow development and support team before the end of the current financial year (30 June 2023) to:

•Design, develop and implement testing harnesses using the ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (refer https://www.servicenow.com/products/automated-test-framework.html).  The framework is already included in MEG’s existing ServiceNow licensing, the supplier will not need to quote or provide licences for the product.

•Review and update existing, or create new documentation of the architecture of MEG’s ServiceNow platform instances, including key tables and forms used in each custom application.

•Provide consultative advice on how best to maintain the test harnesses into the future with an ongoing stream of further development and enhancement work including up-skilling of the embedded development resources."
