Sydney Opera House is seeking responses (a Tender) from suitably experienced, competent, and skilled organisations to provide the services described:
Implement a whole-of-house solution for a fully-integrated HRIS, which will include employee records, recruitment, onboarding, and learning management systems (LMS) and integrates with a future rostering system.
This includes, detailed requirements gathering, solution design, configuration and testing, integration, migration of existing data, training and implementation support of a SaaS solution.
It is essential that organisations submitting a Tender specifically address the selection criteria in their submission and demonstrate relevant experience and capacity to deliver services within the required parameters.
