Sydney Metro requires a suitably experienced Service Provider to provide the Independent Estimator’s Services for the Eastern Tunnelling Package on the Sydney Metro West project.
The Service Provider is required to undertake Major Change Valuation Services, upon request of Sydney Metro, to assist Sydney Metro in the assessment of a Major Change Proposal on the Eastern Tunnelling Package. The Service Provider will also provide Dispute Resolution Services whereby the Tunnelling Contractor must refer IE Level Disputes (as defined in the ETP Deed) to the Independent Estimator for Determination. The Services are to be provided on an as-needs basis.

Minimum Requirements
The tenderer must provide evidence that the:
1.Tenderer has demonstrated experience providing services similar to the Major Change Valuation Services and Dispute Resolution Services in the last 5 years on major transport (Rail or Road) projects with a project value in the order of $500 million+; and
2.Tenderer's Key Personnel, who are nominated to provide the Services, must have demonstrated experience in similar roles in the performance of services similar to the Major Change Valuation Services and Dispute Resolution Services in the last 5 years on major transport (Rail or Road) projects with a project value in the order of $500 million+
